Best pizza in Central Mass. if you’re from North Jersey (Passaic, Bergen, Hudson counties) this is the only place that will make you feel like home. Order the El Presidente.

I hadn't had the opportunity to give this place a try until recently. I greatly enjoyed the cheese pizza, as well as the pepperoni. The only problem that I had (and, it was self inflicted) was that I ordered 2 large pizzas without looking at a menu first. Needless to say I enjoyed the leftovers for a couple of days. 😃

New to the area. The pizza was good, I'm sure it would have been great if the pizza had been hot and had been delivered to the correct address. PROBLEM: The delivery service delivered to the wrong address, my neighbor, down the street was kind enough to call and let me know I could come to pick it up. This defeated the purpose of not interacting with anyone being that I had the flu. I tried to get back onto the app to mention this problem and there was zero success there. POINT: get a better system, I am sure I'm not the first to encounter this problem.

I ❤️ Frankie's, Worcester's Best Pizza. Passing through town and went a little out of my way to try it for the first time. Got a small for lunch and let me say, you get some incredible value for $14.95. Had a meat Lover's, Pepperoni, Bacon and Sausage. Great combo, toppings tasted great. Just wish the pepperoni was on top, not buried under the cheese. Could have used a little more cheese. Sauce had a nice tang, good Italian seasonings. Crust had a nice crunch, a little flop. Solid pie, I'd be back for more if I lived closer. 7.5 stars, Google 4. Maybe higher if you consider the value.

I definitely ❤️ Frankie's! The Pizza is delicious. They make huge pies. I also tried the chicken mac & cheese, which was good.

I waited 2 hrs for 1 pizza the wait is ridiculous. I ordered online at 6:12 they said it would be ready at 7:39 it wasn't ready until past 8. The pizza was delicious but didn't even stay warm by the time I got home and I live 2 minutes away! The lady inside just kept saying just a few more minutes everytime I went back in to check. Instead of just telling me like hey its another 30 minutes🤦🏾‍♀️last time I went there it was a really long wait but I thought maybe they were having an off day. I guess not, it seems to be a regular thing. I don't think i will be ordering again.

We ordered a calzone with no cheese and it came with cheese on it. When trying to rectify the order, the staff were very rude to us on the phone. The customer service rushed us off the phone saying ‘we were tying up the line’. We hope this review will go a long way to help others be treated better this establishment.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. I went a little crazy and ordered three things. A side of meatballs, a Grandma's pepperoni Pizza, and a traditional pepperoni pizza. The meatballs were very good. They were large and solid with a very nice marinara. The traditional pie was quite good and uses a unique flavor in its sauce. The Grandma's was my favorite. An excellent crisp on the bottom of the crust and great flavor throughout. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 8.7.
